Print Your Label
Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure easy tracking.
Pack Your Items
Place your unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box, attaching the prepaid label to the outside.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
